Uni, Peter Pan & Dance

Hello lovelies!
I started back at uni yesterday for the Spring semester. It felt so weird going back because my Christmas holidays lasted so long. In a way I'm kind of glad to get back into a routine but I'm not looking forward to the early starts and boring lectures.

Today I didn't have to go in because Tuesdays are my day off. I didn't really have much planned for today so I tried to stay in bed for as long as possible and the rest of my family was out at work. Once I finally dragged myself out of bed and I got ready and did some cleaning round the house.

Today was one of those days when my makeup went well (this doesn't happen very often) although I have come to the conclusion that one of my eye seems bigger than the other and it's really bugging me. I can't tell if it's the way I do my eyeliner or it genuinely is bigger. I often notice it in photos but never when I look in the mirror. Strange.

These were most of the products I used today consisting mostly of collection stuff. The no17 lipstick is such a lovely bright red colour however it seems quite dry when I put it on my lips. I'm not sure if that makes any sense but I can't think how else to word it. It's like it gets a tad clumpy to whereas my other lipsticks go on lovely and they seem to moisturise as well. If you have a no17 lipstick let me know what you think when you wear it :)

In the afternoon I decided to watch my Monsters University DVD because I was rather bored. However whilst watching it I found out that one of my favourite actresses was going to be starring in Peter Pan as Wendy at Derby assembly rooms! This was so great to hear because it means that I can go to see her in it and also meet up with 2 of my amazing twitter friends which I rarely get to see. Because of this news I didn't get to the end of the DVD because I was too busy fan girling haha!

Later in the evening I went to my dance class and I had such a good time. We've been preparing for our annual dance awards presentation evening and we're doing a combination of all the routines we learnt for our exams to the song Play Hard by David Guetta. It's such a fast paced song but I love the routine! It's coming a long really well and I'm so excited for when we get to perform it for our families.

I'm back at uni again tomorrow with a dreaded 9am start. Because I commute it means I have to get up super early (5.45am) which I really do not enjoy, But hey ho! All in all not a bad day but I need an early night so I'm not too sleepy for tomorrow!

Thanks for reading and I would love to read your comments about how your day went. ❤️
